I graduated from the Information Systems and Sciences (ISS) Laboratory in May 2005. My PhD adviser is Prof. W. Clem Karl. I am now a PostDoc at Laboratory of Neuro Imaging(LONI), UCLA.

My current research interests cover the following areas:

• Fast level set methods for real-time applications
• Image analysis with geometric models
• Characterization of shape dynamics
• Shape and topological optimization in inverse problems
