Letter of Acceptance for Visa


To obtain a confirmation letter necessary to obtain visa to enter the US:

  • Go to Paperplaza
  • Click on Log in and login with your PIN and password
  • In the "Access a workspace" box you will see a list of conferences for which you are an author or reviewer. Under CDC07 click on "Enter" as Author of your paper, which will take you to a table with all your papers.
  • The last column of that table is named "Options" and you will see a "Choose an option" in each row corresponding to an accepted paper. Once you place you mouse pointer on that "Choose an option" a menu appears (make sure you have Javascript enabled) from which you can choose "Request an acceptance letter". You will be able to enter all necessary personal information and download the letter.

    Conference Hotel

    The conference hotel is the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. The hotel is located on the bank of the Mississippi River, across from Harra's Casino and within easy walk of the French Quarter.

    Group Room rates are USD 159, double occupancy or USD 139, single occupancy per night, this price does not include taxes. If you plan to arrive early or stay back for a few days after the conference, these rates are available from December 9 to December 17th.

    To receive the conference rates, reservations must be made by November 19, 2007.
