I belong to the Information Systems and Sciences (ISS) Laboratory, and the Laboratory for Image Processing in Communications

My current research interests cover the following areas:

   * reconfigurable systems
   * image and video analysis;
   * joint source-channel coding/decoding;
   * system resource allocation;
   * change detection and processing for multi-dimensional data; and,
   * engineering education.

A current project is the development of the Video and Image Archive a database and link repository for images and video used in multimedia transmission and video compression. If you would like to contribute to the site, please send email to webmanager@via.bu.edu.
